But instead of replacing an old system file, it often puts the new system file in its own application folder. The problem that occurs is that other applications that use this system file will load the old version from your System folder. Then you run the new application that uses the same system file, but uses the newer version instead. The problem is that only one copy of the system file can be in memory at a time, so the new program will try to do something that does not exist in the old system file, thus causing the "Illegal Operation".

Please Note: There is a reported problem with the registration key of RJ System File Checker. If you encounter this problem, temporarily changing your regional settings to English (US) will solve this, but RJ System File Checker may need to be set this way every time you run. I apologize for this problem, and when I am able to get back into the code I will fix the bug--but at this time no fix is planned.
